On receipt of your email, fax or posted order you will be contacted by us using your preferred method.
We will accept all major Debit and Credit cards, together with cheques drawn on a U.K. Bank in Sterling. Cheques should be made payable to J and JM Packard, Craftys.
Postage and Packing
For large or specially fragile items which require special handling and packaging details will be confirmed at time of ordering.
All other orders
Postage on Overseas orders will be charged at cost and notified with the order confirmation.
Returns
Returns will be accepted up to 10 days following your receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in their original conditon when a full refund of the purchase price will be made.
No refund of postage and packing will be made
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of your item being damaged in transit, just let us know and we will arrange its replacement. On its receipt we will refund your postage and packing.
